From news clippings to a dedicated F&B trend magazine.

FOOREND began in 2022 as Alex's personal news clipping practice — a way to stay close to the F&B industry after leaving a buyer role at a Korean department store.

Nearly four years later, that practice has grown into a Korean and global F&B business magazine — read by 3,500+ newsletter subscribers, followed by 4,900+ on Instagram, and joined by 1,000+ KakaoTalk readers.

Over 200 newsletters have been published, curating more than 1,000 food trend signals. Today, FOOREND uses that data to publish Short Reports — concise answers to the trend questions F&B professionals get stuck on.

foodtrend.news is where all of it lives — FOOREND's present headquarters. Browse the weekly curation across the publications we read, request a Short Report on the trend question stuck in your business, or look through the brand collaborations and corporate education programs we've been part of.
